  Roger did an excellent job resolving the radon issue in my home. My home presented a number of challenges, but Roger kept at it until the levels were sufficiently reduced. He made repeated trips to my home and put in significant time, without extra charge. Thank you Property Medics, and thank you Roger. I am now breathing easier in my home. I would recommend them to anyone concerned about radon levels.

   I needed Radon Mitigation with a basement test score of 3.1. I searched online for a general contractor and found "The Property Medics" owner, Roger Empey. He came to my home within two days to do a detailed estimate. We carefully explored several options. He emailed his estimate to me three days later. I noticed that it was a professional estimate complete with drawings, written warranty, DOPL license number, and costs to install the mitigation system. I did my due diligence by checking with DOPL, BBB, and the State of Utah consumer protection agency. Roger and his company have a spotless record with no complaints. I set the date to install. Roger arrived on time and finished the project that day on time. He worked like a very knowledgeable pro in the basement, garage, attic and up on the roof. He cleaned up all of his work areas. Roger gave me a free Radon test kit which I mailed off a few days after the work was completed. The test came back with a Radon level of 1.1, the best you can get. Now, my wife and I feel a lot safer occupying our basement area. I could not be more pleased with the whole process. My best advice for anyone is to skip the two big companies in Utah who cannot come to your home for 50-60 days after you call them. One big company makes estimates over the phone with a somewhat pushy style. I hope Roger puts his company sign up in my yard to advertise his great work..

  Our Tech Michael was awesome. He was very friendly, professional, and seemed to really love what he does. He also did great work and was very thorough. I would recommend him to anyone.Our Chief Medic Officer Chris, was also great. He returned my phone call immediately, and he also called later on to check in and see how things were going with the process.You all have a wonderful team!
