Doug was very helpful and informative. We knew very little about Radon, and even just talking with him over the phone he was so knowledgeable about how Radon works and exactly how to get it out of our home. With 3 young kids, with bedrooms in our basement, we felt safe knowing he would set up the best system for our home, and the low test results after 2 weeks proved it!
