This home had an amazing 10.5" drop on their front porch! Using PolyLEVEL, our crews were able to bring this homeowner's sunken front stoop back to perfectly level.
Gordon and his wife live in a one story home in Humboldt, NE that was built in the 1800s, with limestone walls and a basement. They had an issue with a growing gap at the top of an exterior wall on their home. Gordon had been filling it in with foam, but it kept opening up. Thrasher found that the north wall of the house had a severe wall problem and had become very unstable. Thrasher was able to secure the wall, that will stand the test of time. Read more about this project.
As you can see, this concrete driveway was in desperate need of some lifting and leveling. With a minimal amount of PolyLEVEL, Thrasher was able to take this homeowner's driveway mess and turn it into a driveway miracle.
If your basement windows are old, ugly, and drafty then they are probably costing you more money than you think! You can have us enlarge a basement window opening and install an egress window and window well to allow for more natural light. Another reason homeowners install egress windows is to satisfy building code requirements for a basement bedroom, because an egress window also provides an emergency escape. For Omaha homeowners, this window completed all of the above. It is complete with a flat mounted window cover that lifts very easily.
