I got a call back in a timely matter, the first appointment was set up in a timely matter, the work was scheduled earlier than expected and completed earlier than expected. Very satisfied. Everyone we dealt with, whether in person or by phone was very professional, helpful and friendly.
I guess the real test will be when we receive another major storm to make sure the water guard and sump pump really do their job!
