Colorado radon testing and radon mitigation services

Radon gas, a naturally occurring byproduct of radium, is caused by uranium decay in the soil. Since uranium is found in most soil, radon is not limited to affecting just one state or area of the world but can be found in any home, anywhere. It's important to be prepared, because exposure to high levels of radon gas can lead to serious health problems. In fact, radon is the leading cause of lung cancer for non-smokers in the U.S.

That's why National Radon Defense has designed a system to produce the nation's finest radon specialists in Colorado. Our goal is to properly inform the public of the hazards of radon exposure and benefits of radon mitigation.

We Provide:
  • Radon testing
  • Radon mitigation systems
  • Multi-family radon testing & mitigation
  • Vapor intrusion mitigation
  • Indoor air quality services
You Receive:
  • A healthy home environment
  • Clean indoor air
  • Protection for you and your family
  • Safe radon levels
  • Peace of mind

There's absolutely no reason why you and your loved ones have to suffer from the dangerous effects of radon gas. Contact us today to mitigate your Colorado home.

Although no homeowner wants to increase cancer risks for family members, many people neglect to test their homes for radon, an invisible, odorless, cancer-causing gas that emanates from soil and rocks. Contacting a radon mitigation specialist to perform a radon test, or conducting your own test with a DIY radon test kit is the first step in protecting your family from hazardous levels of radon gas.

Has anyone else had a bad experience with a Radon contractor? We recently had one who didn't follow the AARST standards https://standards.aarst.org/SGM-SF-2023/ for mitigating radon in our home. They even suggested installing a second system! Luckily, I decided to get a second opinion and found Brian from Purple Mountain Radon https://www.purplemountainradon.com/. He did an amazing job, following all the AARST standards and going above and beyond. He even tackled a small crawl space that required squeezing through a tight opening. He fixed all of the items that weren't done correctly the first time and at a very reasonable rate. Brian is a Veteran and works very hard to do the job right. I highly recommend him!
