The day finally came when the winner was announced and Denise couldn’t believe it. She received a full perimeter drainage system, WaterGuard, and a TripleSafe sump pump. Denise also added CleanSpace Wall and a spray foam installation to help decrease humidity levels and increase the efficiency of the basement. She now has a dry basement that she can either leave the way it is, or finish it the way she would like.

  Rene was great in her calls and email to me. She was always very attentive and careful to provide just the right amount of guidance and support. Cole Tatge was very very good. He spent much time with me, going over every detail and all of the rationale for the process and procedures. The presentation materials were excellent and the video was helpful. David Ezelle is an exceptional co-foreman. Together with Richard, the foreman, they made a cohesive pair. I was especially pleased that, in spite of some difficulty with the graph they were given, David and Richard went the extra mile to resolve the issue rather than merely going back to Davenport. David was especially professional in the way he approached the job and the way that he communicated with me. He was very careful regarding the preparation of the materials and equipment and the way that he completed the work. My driveway, sidewalk, and steps are now safe and neat. in spite of some difficulty with the graph they were given, David and Richard went the extra mile to resolve the issue rather than merely considering going back to Davenport. David and Richard were very careful to provide a thorough cleanup. They are especially meticulous, given the kinds of materials that they work with. I had tried to secure a local company for slablifting. I used Thumbtack. I only received a call back from one large company that is located in Missouri. Of my three inquiries, I made an assumption that they did not necessarily want to deal with senior citizens. That is my personal assumption. He actually took the time to listen, go through a list of about 40 questions I had concerning the installation of the proposed Radon mitigation system, provided a detailed sketch and a working plan after physical inspection and measuring of my residence.
