Meet Corey!
Corey joined Healthy Spaces in 2022 and quickly made his mark as a dedicated member of our Crawl Space Team. Starting as Co-Lead Foreman, he recently earned a well-deserved promotion to Lead Foreman—thanks to his hard work, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering top-notch results.

What motivates Corey most is seeing the transformation in every project. The dramatic before-and-after moments fuel his drive to provide high-quality work that truly benefits homeowners. Prior to joining Healthy Spaces, Corey worked at AmeriQual, where he also found fulfillment in knowing his efforts positively impacted others. That same sense of purpose carries through to his work with us.

Corey’s biggest inspirations are his family and the desire to build a better future for them. He’s proud to be a son, a brother to three siblings, and a father to two amazing kids.

Fun facts? Corey started getting gray hair at 17, and he’s driven to nearly every state in the U.S.—he’s always up for a road trip!
