I LOVE my egress window. It looks great, opens up the bedroom in terms of light and space, and adds 4th bedroom to my property. Its a WIN WIN with Mid American Basement Systems.
I am very satisfied with proposal,product, and the installation of the egress window. The cost was well below other estimates and was detailed.

Eric gave a professional presentation in a friendly manner, explaining the process of a Egress window installation and also showing a video. His followup estimate of cost answered all my questions.
Kenny, Michael, and Chris were polite, congenial, efficient, and hard working. They kept me well informed as to what they were doing and why they were doing it. They kept my white carpet spotless while installing the egress winddow. They also were able to utilize existing framework, thus saving me $$. They were quick in the installation and now I'm able to use the extra bedroom right away. I cannot praise them enough.
What made you choose our company:
I had received another estimate for an egress window installation and they were $$$$higher. they did not follow up with explaining the estimate and were defensive when I asked them to break down the estimate. It was a disappointing experience. therefore, when I contacted your company, I was unsure of what to expect. I was apprehensive when I met with Eric,your sales representative. However, he was open, answered all my questions, and showed me a video on the product. I felt they were a reliable company that was well established and capable of delivering a solid product in a professional manner.
