Sales Process
Shawn did a wonderful job with his presentation and design. It speaks volumes when the all the details are gathered and presented in a professional manner. I especially appreciated the extra information and the signed design the day of the presentation.
Our Installation Crew
Jacob and his crew did a great job. While I was doing the walk through, his crew was already getting to work. The crew was polite and respectful and answered all my questions. They went above and beyond in their tasks, taking care of the little things. I did not feel like I had to immediately clean up after them. Of course the work I had done was messy but I didn’t feel overwhelmed after they left.
The Cleanup Process
Jacob and his crew did a great job cleaning after the work was complete. The work I had done was very messy and there is cleanup to be done on my part but I did not feel like I had to clean up after Jacob and his crew.
