Cant recommend these guys enough. We are in process of building our houseourself and was astoundingly impressed with the emloyees willingness to explain to the uneducated questiond, their work ethic professionalism and their housekeeping during and afterwards. Hands down recommend them to anyone looking for a quality job not driven by making a sale. Very honest and hard working company. By far the best experience we've had so far as our own contractor/builders.

I have high levels of radon (7) that I need to mitigate via my crawl space. In looking at options it seems a vapor barrier would be needed so I'm evaluating as well insulation or encapsulation in my crawl space to also help with keeping the house/floors warm. I want to make sure I'm thinking thru the crawl space holistically since all of this is interrelated. I am leaning towards insulating between the floor joists but would like options on best approach with radon mitigation considering that plan.
