ALS Property Associates installed a radon removal system at a residential property in Marshall, MI. A sub-slab depressurization radon system was used on this property. Schedule 40 piping was run from the basement extraction point to the rear exterior. The radon fan was installed on the rear exterior and vented above the roof line.

This is an example of a combination depressurization radon mitigation system. We encapsulated the crawlspace located off the basement and successfully created negative pressure under both the CleanSpace vapor barrier and basement slab. This before and after is documenting the vapor barrier with the extraction point extraction the radon gas from under the membrane.
