Riah Davis

Riah Davis is our Account Manager at Radon Defense Midwest and Duct Defense Midwest. Currently residing in Council Bluffs, Iowa, she earned her career background from Fett's City Motors. Riah gained experience managing various accounts, handling payments, making calls, and handling the repossession necessities. Her role involved extensive communication with customers to establish viable payment plans. Riah's passion in customer service brings valuable expertise to the table.

With her new role with us, the primary responsibilities entail managing the day-to-day customer-based needs such as making outbound calls and managing the Shield Plan. Riah finds great joy in the welcoming environment fostered by the company's vibrant workforce. When not at work, Riah enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. In addition, Riah actively participates in coaching softball and cheer, displaying a passion for nurturing and supporting others in their athletic side.
