This wall will have 8 Helical Piers and a Frost Wall installed.
The vacation home lies on a slope and the supports under the home need to be replaced.
The old supports are leaning.
The foundation wall has stair-step cracks in it and is bowing.
The concrete floor must be jackhammered and prepped for installation of the Fast Drain system.
The sunroom has floors that were out of level because of sinking supports.
The support columns in the basement were large wooden posts. These needed to be replaced with SmartJacks.
Before we installed SmartJacks to replace the lally columns.
