The outside of the home before the radon fan was installed.
The old sump pump was unable to keep up with the amount of water entering the basement, leaving it vulnerable during heavy rains and storms. Sick of the cleanup process, the homeowner sought out a dependable and long-term solution.
The homeowners were concerned with the radon levels in their home.
This ledge is allowing radon to seep into the basement.
The outside of the home before the radon system was installed.
An extraction point was established in the basement's foundation floor. Following the removal of concrete and soil, a PVC pipe was securely fitted to this extraction point. This configuration enables our system to effectively draw radon gas from the soil beneath the foundation.
The homeowner of a home built in the 1700s had tested their home for radon and the results were 6.4 pCi/L.
An extraction point was created in the foundation floor of the basement. PVC pipe was then fit to the extraction point and routed to the exterior of the home to allow radon to safely be removed from the home.
