This wall will have 8 Helical Piers and a Frost Wall installed.
Most of the concrete around the pool is in good condition but the concrete near the stairs is sinking.
Our team removed the old stone foundation and set up temporary posts before beginning the process of building the Mason Block Wall.
After all the sections were lifted and stabilized, NexusPro silicone was used to seal all the cracks and prevent water from flowing beneath the concrete.
The slab is sunken down 4" and needed to be lifted for their party on labor day.
This is where the water was puddling in the garage.
The homeowners purchased the home aware of the foundation issues.
The owner of a home in Boxborough, MA, had concerns about their garage sinking and cracking.
