Before the CleanSpace and WaterGuard were installed the homeowner had to move any obstruction from the wall.
IceGuard plumbing is structured to prevent freezing inside of the pipes. This helps prevent pipes from clogging.
The old sump pump couldn't keep up with the water entering the basement.
The sump pump had failed and needed to be replaced.
The iron sediment building up in the sump pump basin was removed, ensuring the water being drawn through the pump is not clogging up the system.
The sump pump sits on an elevated stand in the sump pump basin. This prevents the pump from sucking up too much sediment and debris that may trickle in through the perimeter drains throughout the year. The stand itself also gets dirty and needs an annual cleaning.
The homeowner had reached out to EFS about installing an ERV in their basement.
