  Victor was the best, called me back within minutes of me calling him with added questions. The only thing I would say is better communication about what is needed to be done before they arrived to do the work. I.E. permit, dig safe, siding trim assessment, sealant application to the outside foundation of stairs could not be applied because stairs could not be against foundation because siding was in the way.

  My heart sank when told by the home inspector that the radon test had failed.   Greatly relieved after contracting Erickson to know that solution was going to be simple/straightforward and it wasn't going to break the bank.
