The basement before we installed our perimeter drainage system.
The homeowner was experiencing water penetrating the basement and they have grown tired of cleaning it up.
The homeowner of this 1769 home wanted to remodel their kitchen but needed to add support to their floors before remodeling.
The homeowners were worried about a crack they found in their foundation wall after they moved in.
The team installed the first TripleSafe in the basement with perimeter drainage leading to it and also installed a SaniDry Sedona to control the moisture.
In the last couple of months, the basement had flooded twice with about 3" of standing water. The homeowners were looking for a solution.
In the last couple of year the homeowners had started to see water enter their basement and at times they would have to clean up the water with a shop vac.
The homeowner wanted EFS to install our SmartJacks under the floor of their addition to add stability to the floors.
