The old bulkhead was allowing water to penetrate into the basement.
The slab beneath the front step had settled 2 inches. This left the large gap you see here and also caused a slope in the concrete which allowed rain water to flow towards the house.
This crack in the foundation was leaking water into the basement.
The basement had been water free for over 30 years but in the last couple of years, water has been entering and collecting on the floor.
The two lally columns inside this garage were rotting.
The homeowner found this crack after seeing water collecting in their basement. They think the crack formed from nearby blasting.
The foundation wall inside the basement had some small cracks on it and Anthony found that the foundation wall was bowing in slightly.
Water was entering the basement and the homeowner would like to find a solution to prevent water from coming in.
