WaterGuard was installed along the interior of the foundation to capture water before it accesses the basement.
The crawlspace didn't have a full vapor barrier and needed to have a dehumidifier installed.
The main beam in the crawlspace was sagging and needed to be supported.
Water was entering through the bulkhead and collecting into the basement.
The previous owners of the home warned the current homeowners about this crack in the foundation.
The old bulkhead was allowing water to penetrate into the basement.
One day the homeowner noticed that the foundation wall was bowing.
The homeowners have been doing projects in their home since they purchased it in 2016. This year they planned to add new supports into the basement to stabilize the floor system of the home.
