  Ten years in my house, not a drop of water in my basement. Then May of 2025 came along and brought 3" of water that took 28 hours to vacuum and pump out manually because I had no pit or sump pump. I knew that I never wanted to go through that again. One call to Erickson Foundation Solutions and they got me an appointment the following week to have a sales rep review my situation. My sales rep, Andy was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was patient with all of my questions and very responsive via text as I was making my final decision. They give you a discount if you agree to the work and pay a deposit within 24 hours of receiving your quote. It was the one part of my entire process that felt pushy and I almost backed out and considered looking at other contractors. But their tactic worked, I wanted my nightmare over and I trusted that they would do the job right. After signing the contract and paying the deposit, my job was scheduled for 17 days later. (They initially told me 1-2 months but they had an opening so of course I took it). Communication about the work day was excellent, a phone call to make sure I had everything ready for them (I did some demo myself to save some money) and a text the day before and morning of the appointment. A 3 man crew arrived on time, went over everything they planned to do and got right to work. They were friendly, professional and very hard workers! Overall, I had an excellent experience with Erickson Foundation Solutions. It wasn't cheap but I do believe you get what you pay for with this kind of work. I'm confident that the Triple Safe pump system they installed will keep my basement dry even with very heavy rain like we had this spring. Thank you!

  Great service beginning to end! Very happy with the work provided by Erickson. The crew of guys in my home were outstanding, pleasant, productive, and left the site neat as a pin end of every day. They did excellent work. We are very pleased with the whole team, from Nikki to Jen. The crew that came out could not have been better! Thanks guys!!

  Excellent customer service.  Very professional, worked in a clean and timely manner.  Explained the entire process from the free estimate to the completion of the foundation repair....hope we never need them again, but if we do, they will be our first call. A++

  I have hired Erickson Foundation Solutions to waterproof the basement in my 125 year old home, and I have NOT been disappointed!   From the people who schedule service, to the people who come by to give an estimate and draw the plans for service, and the people who come out to do the work are VERY exceptional people! The quality of their work is exceptional too!   I WILL be calling on Erickson Foundation Solutions in the future for my home in the future... you should too!

  Team JB did an amazing job installing my sump pump in a really tough area of my basement. Right from the start they were professional, thorough, and informative.   Very good experience with this company. They are friendly, professional, on time, on budget. I had them put a French drain around my basement and then flooring, and the space is now dry and looks amazing. Massachusetts is a terrible place when it comes to contractors, I have had really bad experiences in the past and so have most of my friends and colleagues. It's actually stressful to have any construction work done in this state, you really have to do your due diligence and pick your contractor very, very, very carefully. Many will not complete the jobs and are rude or even straight up insulting. Very often, one has to fight like hell for the basic job to be completed as initially agreed. Why does it have to be so hard??? Working with a company like Errickson Foundation reminds me of how it should really be, just... professional and stress-free. Not only was the work done well and on time, but the foreman and workers were really nice and friendly. Big shout out to JB, Nate and Bob for an amazing job! Can't recommend enough :)

  Can't say enough about the crew from Erickson Foundation Solutions. I had a window in my basement replaced and a well dug outside the window. Window was not easy to get to and the crew did a fantastic job. All my contacts with Erickson have been outstanding, including follow thru and communication. Excellent company to do business with. Love my new dehumidifier.
