Erickson installed a perimeter drain and sump pump solution in our basement this week. While we’ve yet to put the system itself to the test to ensure it truly solves our basement water issues, we were very happy with the process and installation. I’m confident the system will do what it’s designed to do. Sales and design took a few conversations and sorting through the details, but that’s to be expected with work like this. I do want to call out the install team for their efficiency and communication - Milton, Eddie, Jalen, and Angel. Super professional and very thorough. They were incredibly responsive to my questions and needs - making the whole process really great. Thank!

I'm very happy with my new basement solution. It lowered the water table under my foundation and solved an ongoing flooding issue that was causing the cement blocks to mold and deteriorate. My basement has never been so dry and clean. The crew from Erickson was very professional and helpful. They worked with me to adjust and modify the project onsite and offered helpful solutions to unexpected issues. They also helped me to finance the project through a lender with a quick and easy loan process. When an adjustment was needed that required less material, they made sure to take that off the bill. I would recommend this company because of their honest and exceptional work.

Erickson Foundations did an excellent job repairing my foundation. Their employees are always on time and worked very hard to get the job done. Nick Carelli, Jesse Green and Kevin Bergan and other workers completed the project quickly as scheduled. I would like to give a shoutout to JB and his crew. They did an amazing job on my supplement beam and smart jack replacements. Very professional, friendly and sense of humor. Most of all the communication was perfect. The left no trace of dirtiness after the job was completed. I highly recommend his team. It’s a 5+ stars for them.
