  Mitch was incredibly helpful, educational and knowledgeable with basement solutions and options. He made sure to address current issues (even with a hammer!) as well as future needs. He wasn’t trying to upsell and really took the time to show how Erickson is a family focused company. During the thorough evaluation, he even threw a free radon test in which is usually close to $200. I appreciated Mitch and all his help! What a fantastic evaluation and quality employee for their company.

  I made an appointment with Kelly for a radon test which I had to move. She moved mountains to switch my appointment and was so understanding, kind and accommodating as well! Fast forward meeting Mitchell the technician was such a pleasure. He's so knowledgeable, pleasant and has a wonderful and approachable personality for dealing with customers. He answered a slew of questions and my homeowner raved about him! Can't say enough about the customer service, quality of the work and company! As a Realtor it is hard to recommend a company without worry that you will regret it. I can't imagine ever regretting referring Erickson Foundation Solutions to a client! Thank you so much Kelly & Mitch!!!

  We recently had Erickson Foundation Solutions water proof and do some structural repairs in our basement. All the staff we dealt with were professional and skilled. The project started on time and within a few weeks of our signing the contract.   Our project had some unanticipated problems with our foundation. Patrick, the crew supervisor was able to recognize the issue and consulted with a foundation engineer. The engineering supervisor came to the site the next day. Nate worked with us to rework the project based on our goals to stay within our budget. We are very grateful he was willing to look at our overall goals and come up with a solution we could afford.   A special thanks for Patrick and his crew. The work is hard and he and his crew were always upbeat and polite, despite working in the bitter cold of winter.   Our salesman, Mitchell explained the company's products and the benefits clearly. He was able to help us with financing through Regions Bank with immediate financing approval. The scheduling of the project was well communicated by the office staff.   Thank you all those at Erickson Foundation Solutions for making our project a success!

  We contacted Erickson because we thought we had a leak in our basement. We are so happy that Mitch was sent out. It turns out we had a plumbing leak under our sink which he was able to diagnose. He was so knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Erickson is a good company and Mitch was a great rep. Thank you!
