Erickson fixed up our crawl space one year ago-a cleanspace lining was installed with a sanidry dehumidifier. The sales tech did not seem to understand where the sanidry could actually be placed in our home, but the install crew got everything worked out. Have noticed significant improvements with moisture levels since the install (especially during heavy rains). Have not had any problems with the system since the install either.

Just had a one year routine maintenance visit with Joshua Peterson today. Got a reminder text the day before scheduled appointment and a phone call the day of appointment when he was on his way. He arrived on time, explained everything in detail, and completed the work quickly. Thank you!
