After acquiring a radon test in his home in Locke, NY, Duane found that the radon levels were higher than the EPA action level of 4 pCi/L. Our friendly staff in the Customer Care Department helped Duane set an appointment with a Design Specialist when he called us as a result of a quick internet search. Once the Design Specialist finished his thorough inspection and provided Duane with a same day proposal, the install date was set with our installation crew.
