  This service was excellent from the sales person (Jacob) who was knowledgeable and not pushy. He explained the entire process and could easily answer my questions. The drainage system was installed quickly and professionally. The installers were courteous and cleaned up nicely after the job. They were very professional and clearly had my best interest at heart. They were excellent. This is one of a few companies that I have found here that I feel are trustworthy. Thank you for solving my problem efficiently, timely and worth the cost.

  Luis and his crew, Eucevio and Jorge completed the first phase of the encapsulation today. They did an excellent job. Luis kept me informed daily of their progress and answered all of my wife's and my questions. Luis is the epitome of customer service and a true asset to your company.

  Luis and his crew were courteous and kept us informed each day of what they planned to do and accomplished. They explained things well and answered all of our questions. They protected our belongings and cleaned up each day. Austin was so nice and patient with us and helped determine the best placemat of the equipment. Definitely recommend John’s Waterproofing.

  I just wanted you to know how well Luis and his team took care of me and got the job done.  I was very very intimidated by how that pump worked and Luis was patient and helpful in explaining everything to me. I’m so glad I chose you. Luis called me everyday and kept me updated (it’s a rental and I don’t live there) and they were very respectful of my property and left it spic and span. Again, thank you very much!
