The design specialist walked through with the owners where the transfer switch board would be and where the generator would end up place
The old rusted pipes were all removed and new pipes were installed throughout the craw space of the home
Fiberglass isn't made to be open to the elements, it absorbs moisture and falls apart from water weight and causes mold.
This beautiful three tub sink was all hooked up
The kitchen sink and drainage pipe connect with the 'Y' pictured. These galvanized pipes are well past their time, and the drainage pipe on the right is only two inches wide, not providing enough room to accommodate water flow.
The walls for the basement had hard water stains. The old fiberglass in the walls had been moldy and the the drywall had to be replaced as it was squishy
The space is properly insulated and encapsulated
The space had water stains along the foundation walls
