  Jake presented a good plan, which avoided problems that certainly would have occurred with the plan presented by your competition. I took careful notice of the reviews on Angie's List, and call some of the references, which were supportive. Finally, I chose Johns as a company that had been in business for some time and had extensive experience installing the basement waterproofing system. The guarantee was an extremely important factor in my decision, and John's track record suggests that it will remain in business and stand by the guarantee should problems occur. This was the best part of the project. Delfino and his crew (Francisco, Aaron, Ceasar) worked incredibly hard, were polite and considerate, and provided what appears to be a good installation. I give them my strongest recommendation. How they managed to hand carry 6 yards of broken concrete up out of that basement in the time they did is beyond me. John's employees spoke highly of the company, and the benefits offered. It sounds like a well run business. Please note that the system was installed in Central Oregon at our second home on the Deschutes River, where we are dealing with a high water table issue in summer. As of this writing, the water table is nearing its summer level, the sump pumps are working, and the basement/crawl space is dry.

  Delfino and his crew did a good job. However, they were delayed because of misinformation given to us by Mitchell when he gave us the bid. He told us we did not need a vapor barrier along the walls. Delfino stated that the warranty required the vapor barrier. I did appreciate the discount that was eventually given to us for the additional required work.

  We have yet to have rain. We are trusting that the system will work. They provide quality personnel and materials. Our sump pump has multiple back up systems and an alarm. We feel that if we had a question or problem we could call John's and receive responsive, good service.

  Delfino, Ramon & Juan were a wonderful crew. They kept at task, checked with us when needed and answered our questions in a very knowledgeable manner.  We were really impressed with Delfino, he laid out the job and kept the others on task. Delfino, Ramon & Juan worked really well together.

  Whole process was handled very well although very expensive. The sales rep, Michael was professional and personal! The Installer was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond...even hauling some stumps away for us. Amazing. all of them!
