One pipe was installed to pull the radon out of the basement space
Falling fiberglass insulation shows that there has been significant moisture damage in the crawl space and once absorbed destroys the insulation.
This crawlspace was a mess and was still being used for storage items.
This vapor barrier has been destroyed by moisture and is covered in dirt and debris.
The old entrance wasn't doing much to keep the elements from affecting the home
The water content in the air causes fiberglass insulation to absorb it, falling if the water weight is high
The white deposits on the walls is efflorescence from minerals being pushed through the foundation with water
The contractor let the homeowner know there was some water damage occurring along the foundation and the floor
