Francisco joined the team in 2008 as a crew member. His thirst for knowledge and eagerness to hone his skills quickly led to him being promoted to being a certified waterproofing installer, and a foreman. He is a joyous person, with an infectious smile, who truly enjoys his work. Francisco has the knowledge and skills to get the job done right as well as a great attitude that makes him a joy to be around. His experience and passion for what he does shows through in his work and his customers are always happy with his work. His favorite part of working for John's Waterproofing is the team around him, he shares in their joys and helps to ensure they are thoroughly trained and cared for.
