After working in a nursey for years, Manuel came to John's Waterproofing in 2005. From previous work he was already a certified concrete finisher, and with his incredible work ethic he soon became a certified waterproofing installer. Throughout the years his work ethic has led to him being an inspiration to the crews he now leads. He leads through example and knows that it is best to do the job the right way the first time around. For over fifteen years, Manuel and his team continue to be top performers and regularly receive stellar reviews from customers and coworkers as well. He has a constantly happy crew and happy customers.
In his spare time, he likes to spend time with his family and garden.
