Julianna joined our team to begin as a receptionist, but with her strong organization and communication skills she moved quickly into a scheduling coordinator position. Previously Julianna has worked as an inside sales representative, where she enjoyed getting to maintain good relationships and build her customer service skills. She enjoys being able to work with people, and her favorite part about being at John's Waterproofing is being one of the first steps for people who are looking for a home improvement solution. She knows if people choose to work with John's they can get the solution to make their home truly healthier.
In her free time, Julianna enjoys reading, hiking through the many beautiful areas across the PNW, and spending time with her two cats; Jupiter and Iris.
