Karina C.

Karina joined the team with thirty years of customer service and relationship-focused sales experience. Over the years she built lasting relationships by guiding customers through each stage of the sales project, from quoting to seeing the project to completion. To further her knowledge, she has taken courses to grow her expertise through professional sales management and estimator training, allowing her to better provide knowledgeable, personalized support to each homeowner she works with. Since joining John's as an Account Manager, she serves as the point of contact for customers after they meet with a design specialist. She will check in with homeowners about their experience with the specialists, answer questions, and help them through the next step of their project. She enjoys taking the time to ensure each homeowner is heard, valued, and confident as their project moves along.

Her favorite part of the job is getting the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with homeowners and being part of a company that is known for its quality, integrity, and exceptional team. She proudly delivers WOW service, creating trust, providing peace of mind, and working to make every interaction a positive one. 

Outside of work, Karina enjoys being with her friends, family, and animals. She is the proud mother of two daughters, and has a passion for helping rescue animals in need. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors, from spending time on the water, hiking, camping, and enjoying all the beauty the PNW has to offer.
