Roger came & visited face-to-face not just took the order over the phone. We could see how sincere & genuine he is about removing home radon to stay future healthy. Not only does he do the installation himself but was very flexible on where the system could be installed that would be out of our way if we decided to finish our basement. He definitely gave us what we needed & wanted.
