Terry, your guys that were here working on my basement freakin RULE!! They did such a fantastic job and my basement looks so good!  They shoveled my sidewalks and trimmed my gate before they left! I left them little treats each day but it was no where near enough to show my gratitude.  I though I'd have another day and wanted to leave them a case of beer each, for when they completed! Give them big hugs for me!!

Thank you for your good work when installing the waterguard system in my basement.  I appreciated your competence and thorough explanations when I asked you about various phases of the installation. I also appreciated how you took care to protect my stairs and carpet from dust and dirt.  Thank you for cleaning up as you worked and at the end of each day.  I'm sure that helped to contain the mess.

This e-mail is to thank you very much for the work that was done in my basement on October & November. The weeping tile was done first and the workers were Ralph & Trevor who did the weeping tile and I do not remember the names of the workers who came to fix the crack. I wanted to let you know that your employees were very professional and I was impressed with the way that they all interacted with me as I had many questions. I just want to let the company know that they should be very proud of the professionalism of there employee. I will recommend your company to others.

We just had the water guard system installed in our house by Ralph and Trevor and they did an excellent job. They take great pride in their work and it shows in the end result. On a scale of one to ten we would rate them a fifteen. They showed us respect and patience in answering all our questions (and we had a lot of questions). Now we just have to wait for the next big rainstorm and if the water guard system works as good  as  them did then we should be okay. Once again thank you for sending Ralph and Trevor to our house to do the job.
