Our team completed the project in a single day, effectively encapsulating the crawl space with a 6-mil barrier and installing a fan to depressurize the area.

Idaho Radon was engaged by the selling agent for this property to perform radon mitigation. The basement encompasses 1,350 square feet, while the crawl space, which also required encapsulation, measures 288 square feet. The suction point was strategically placed in the corner of the laundry room, enabling efficient piping into the crawl space and directing the exhaust to the side of the house for optimal fan placement.
