While this was a relatively expensive test and mitigation, it really needed to be accomplished. Three is considered the maximum safe limit and ours was up around 15 so the house was pretty severely compromised. After Idaho Radon completed their testing and installation work, I think our level dropped to less than 1. I checked out the test kit from the library which produced nearly the same result. Their work was excellent and the area in which the work was accomplished was left in spotless condition.
