Todd and his colleague provided an exemplary level of service from start to finish. Considering the amount of work done both inside and out, there was never any mess, and they worked very quietly. Todd took the time to explain anything and everything we desired, all with a warm and pleasant demeanor, and a wonderful sense of humor. Additionally, he was happy to recommend affordable room monitoring devices we could purchase commercially, even though he could sell them to us at a much higher price. High quality work, high quality ethics. Can't ask for much more than that!
