Healthy Spaces installed a sump pump at my home.  They were prompt, on time and quick.  I would definitely hire them again!

I received an estimate for waterproofing the basement and other options. The price was kind of on the high side but they did a very complete inspection. They even found that I had a termite problem. Because they offer so many other services, they checked things I had not thought about. They let me know the things that were essential to do and also things that were optional and could be done later. They broke the pricing down to what each thing would cost. Even though they were higher, I went with them for that reason. The work went well and I'm very pleased to be problem free--termites and wet basement are resolved!

Upon initial arrival the crew immediately started to prepare the flooring to the basement and basement steps so not to track anything on the carpet.  Greg and I reviewed the project while my subcontractors moved the Furnace and Hot Water Heater.  The crew worked diligently to make sure that the system was installed in a timely manner.  Greg was helpful in discussing the progress each time I would stop in and when I had questions, I was not just brushed off.  Greg was also helpful in discussing other matters.  I believe Greg and his crew went above and beyond when addressing my concerns.   Regards, Grant

My basement has been flooding all summer long.  It does that every year and we have to replace sump pumps a lot.  We decided to get professional help to remedy the problem.  Healthy Spaces came out and provided an estimate to keep the basement dry all the time.  They installed a french drain system and a TripleSafe sump pump, which should last much longer than the ones we'd been using.  All of my basement problems are fixed and I'm very happy.

We needed to sell our home, but the flooding basement was a problem.  We had Healthy Spaces install a perimeter drain system.  We sold the house in July and I haven’t heard from them about any problems.  All the paperwork was handed off to them at the time of the sale.  The entire process was super simple!

The Healthy Spaces crew came out and remediated mold, removed a whole bunch of junk, and then sealed and waterproofed my cellar.  Great clean up!  I'm thrilled!  The whole process took less than a week and I can already feel and smell the difference.  I have forgotten to take my allergy meds two days in a row and I believe it's because you took care of the mold that was giving me problems!

I enjoyed working first with Jim Schafer who inspected our crawlspace. Although I didn't like the report, I knew it was thorough, honest, and something that needed to be done. Jim then took the time to explain everything in detail and his candidness was appreciated. Next was a young man who came to our home to treat inside and outside.Although I don't remember his name, he also was thorough and courteous. The three young men who came to do the "Healthy Space" work...Steve Joseph, Eric Davis, and Scott Dockery did an outstanding job completing the work in a timely fashion and to our satisfaction. I very much appreciated their courtesy and willingness to stop what they were doing to answer questions and show me the work. They did a good job from start to finish including clean up. Healthy Spaces did a good job on my crawlspace. Preformed well and kept me informed as work progressed. Inspection showed no short comings. Even found an issue with the quote which resulted in a rebate. I would definitely use again!

Healthy Spaces sent Kyle W. out to do a routine maintenance visit and we were so impressed with the quality of service, the extra time he spent explaining our sump pump equipment and how it functions in conjunction with our plumbing system.
