ARD was called in to install a sump suction system on a walkout basement. Client had a large deck outside and wanted the fan to be routed out around the deck to preserve the deck space so brought it out away from the house for a clean install. Homeowner was delighted that it didn't take up the deck space and also that the radon levels were reduced to safe levels!

Apex was hired by a client owning a home on a basement with radon levels at 24! We were able to seal the sump lid and core through the slab to create a large suction point to maximize sub slab communication. We installed a high suction fan to allow us to pull radon laden air through the soil below the home and out the home.  Radon levels were reduced to 2 and the client was relieved to have the levels brought down to ensure safe air quality!

A client called ARD to install a radon mitigation system after the homeowner had attempted to DIY the install and realized it was more complex than he thought. We covered the sump pit and ran the pipe into the garage and out the garage attic to hide the pipe on the backside of the roof so it was totally invisible from the outside. Radon was lowered and homeowner was very happy with the aesthetics!
