We were called out to look at a large home on a basement foundation with high radon levels and a water powered backup pump in the sump pit. We installed a high rise sump cover to effectively air seal the sump pit without effecting the functionality of the water backup sump pump. We then routed the pipe through the garage and out the attic all while avoiding having to move the entertainment system in the garage which took some creativity. Client was very happy that the functionality of all existing components did not need to be modified. Radon was dropped to healthy levels and client was relieved to know the home's air quality was now safe.
ARD was hired to reduce the radon levels in a basement home that housed a woodworking shop that was used daily. We were able to install a sump pit system via air sealing the sump pit and routing the pipe out the back of the home and over the eaves. The homeowner was very appreciative to have the radon levels reduced to safe levels so they could work in their wood shop without stress!
Sump system installed in a basement for a client with radon levels at 8.5. System was installed clean and tucked out of the way by routing the piping through the attic and out the roof. After post mitigation testing the radon had been reduced to a healthy 1.3. Client was happy system was hidden away in attic and ultra effective!
WE installed a sub slab depressurization system on a new construction slab home with radon levels at 22pCi/L. We were able to minimize the visibility of the interior piping by routing it through a closet and out of the way of daily life. Client was thrilled when the post mitigation results came back at 0.2pCi/L, as low as you can possible reduce radon levels!
Our client reached out with concerns about high radon levels in their home and wanted a safe, effective solution. We installed a sub-slab radon mitigation system, carefully hiding the fan under the deck and routing the piping over the eaves. This setup not only reduced radon levels significantly but also kept the system discreet making the home safer without affecting its appearance. Another happy client!
