A very nice family called us to reduce their radon after testing in a basement location their young children frequent.  We were able to install a sump system to extract the radon, route it to the exterior through a crawlspace.  Despite the cold weather the installation was completely flawlessly and post mitigation testing confirmed the system was functioning as designed. Another happy client!

ARD was hired to reduce the radon levels in a basement home that housed a woodworking shop that was used daily.  We were able to install a sump pit system via air sealing the sump pit and routing the pipe out the back of the home and over the eaves.  The homeowner was very appreciative to have the radon levels reduced to safe levels so they could work in their wood shop without stress!

Apex Radon Defense was hired to lower the radon levels in a home with a nice finished basement that serves as a playroom for young children. The family was highly motivated to make the basement a healthy area to play in. We installed a Sump System into the 2 existing sump pits and routed the piping outside through an attached garage. The system was installed clean and post mitigation testing indicated a success. 

ARD was hired to reduce the radon levels in another finished basement on a sump pit.  The sump pit had a water backup sump pump so we were able to install a high rise cover to properly air seal the sump without impeding the operation of the backup pump.  Routed piping outside and installed a sound reducing muffler to make the system silent from the inside. Client was thrilled with the entire install and of course the radon levels were brought down to a minimum!

Sump system installed in a basement for a client with radon levels at 8.5.  System was installed clean and tucked out of the way by routing the piping through the attic and out the roof.  After post mitigation testing the radon had been reduced to a healthy 1.3. Client was happy system was hidden away in attic and ultra effective!
