Apex Radon Defense was brought in to lower the radon on this slab home. We were able to hide the pipe in a closet and produce a clean, efficient install. Post mitigation testing revealed the system was reducing the radon to safe levels in this home to protect this family!
We were contacted by a client to install a radon gas mitigation system and replace both existing sump pumps. The sump pits needed to be patched with concrete and then sealed with lids after the pumps were swapped out. We were able to add some sounds dampening features to the system and the homeowner was unable to hear the fan from inside the house and of course the radon levels were successfully lowered.
ARD was brought in to reduce radon levels in a home on a finished basement and 2 sump pits. The existing pumps needed to be modified to enable the sump lids to be sealed before we could begin. We scheduled the install to happen just after plumber modified sump pumps so homeowner could have a quick turnaround time. We put the system in and it reduced the radon flawlessly!
ARD was contact to install a radon gas mitigation system on a finished basement home. We sealed up the two sump pits to prevent radon gas entry. Next we had to core into the slab to create a suction point on an exterior wall to avoid routing the pipe through the finished basement. The radon reduction was extremely effective and client was thrilled to avoid pipe running through their finished basement!
WE installed a sub slab depressurization system on a new construction slab home with radon levels at 22pCi/L. We were able to minimize the visibility of the interior piping by routing it through a closet and out of the way of daily life. Client was thrilled when the post mitigation results came back at 0.2pCi/L, as low as you can possible reduce radon levels!
