Apex was hired to install a sump suction system on a basement home with radon at 10. We sealed up the sump and brought the levels down to 1.5. Client was happy with the results and fast turnaround time!

Client called us to lower the radon in a slab home that was reading at 12.  ARD installed a Active Slab Depressurization system and lowered the levels to below 2.0.  Client was very happy to have the radon brought down to safer levels in their home!

Apex was contacted to install a radon gas mitigation system on a finished basement. We sealed up the sump lid and installed a sump suction system and brought it outside for a nice hidden install on the back of the house.  Another healthy home completed!

We were hired to install a radon gas mitigation system on a home on an unfinished basement with two sump pits.  We sealed up both sumps and created a suction point on one of the lids to pull radon contaminated air out of the home and exhaust it above the roof.  The levels were brought down quickly and now the homeowners are finishing the basement now that it is a healthy space!

We installed a sub-slab radon mitigation system, carefully hiding the fan under the deck and routing the piping over the eaves. This setup not only reduced radon levels significantly but also kept the system discreet making the home safer without affecting its appearance. Another happy client!
