When service technician Nathaniel Hauser came out to their property, he noticed some things that could become an issue over time. He talked to the homeowners about how to best avoid these potential issues with CleanSpace. The basement remains dry, and extra protected against water. 

Roger of Peoria, IL called MidAmerica Basement Systems when he found water coming in through the floor and wall joints of his home. He met with design specialist Fred Romane who custom designed a solution for Roger's problem. The system included patented sub-floor drainage system, WaterGuard. Roger is very happy with his newly waterproofed basement.
