The crack injection foam is injected through small ports and high pressure till the crack in the foundation is filled all the way to the outside of the home.

In Robins, IA a homeowner was faced with a leaking egress window. The water water was pooling in the well causing the homeowner to have to cover it with a tarp during rainy weather. At MidAmerica Basement Systems, we knew just what to do. We addressed this by installing a brand new Rockwell Egress Window. To assure safe drainage and avoid water pooling in the well, we connected it with a sump pump. The after photo illustrates the transformation. This homeowner now has a secure and leak free egress window.
