PolyLevel in Hudson, IA

Homeowner Shashi and family have lived in their home since 2006 and for the last two years have noticed that their driveway and front step were cracking and sinking. Sinking driveways can be a safety hazard and can cause future damage to your concrete slabs and foundation. PolyLevel is used to lift and level concrete slabs.

Homeowner Danny has lived in his home or many years. Over time they noticed that the driveway and sidewalk were sinking and cracking. They decided to seek professional help with MidAmerica Basement Systems.  MidAmerica Basement Systems offers a concrete repair in the form of a polyurethane foam. The foam is injected under the concrete slabs, the foam then expands and hardens under the slab.

Driveway Repaired in Cedar Falls, IA

When our team arrived in Cedar Falls, IA, we were met with a driveway that had seen better days—severely cracked with noticeable settling in areas making it less secure and visually unappealing. Our solution: we transformed it using NexusPro and PolyLevel, bringing stability back beneath the concrete while sealing cracks to prevent future damage. As you can see in the photos, the driveway has been completely revitalized, fully aligning with our mission to deliver not just a remarkable customer experience but a reliable, long-lasting solution.

Lifting and Leveling Driveway in Belle Plaine, IA

Barb was having issues with her driveway sinking, and some areas even cracking under the weight. Water would begin to puddle in areas of the driveway after rainfalls. She reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems to have mudjacking, but provided her with a longer-lasting solution. PolyLevel uses the same techniques as mudjacking, but with greater results. Small 5/8th inch holes are drilled into the concrete to inject the PolyLevel. PolyLevel then fills the voids and expands to lift and level the concrete. The material stabilizes the concrete, offering a longer lasting solution. Appling a NexusPro Joint Sealant to all the cracks seals off the area, diverting the water away from the driveway and ground underneath the slabs. The sealant also helps reduce the appearance of the cracks that have been created, making the driveway look new.
