Doug and Kelly’s driveway was presenting large tripping hazards, making it unsafe for them and their guests to access. They reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems to have their driveway lifted and leveled. Design specialist Mike, offered them the solution PolyLevel. PolyLevel is a lightweight material that uses high-density polymers to fill voids, and expands to lift and stabilize sunken concrete. NexusPro Joint Sealant is then applied to the cracks to help properly seal off water from seeping down the crack and washing out the ground underneath. The sealant is flexible to allow it to bend and shift with the natural movement of the ground so the bond stays permanent and holds for many years.

Homeowner Mike has noticed overtime that his driveway and sidewalk were sinking and cracking. He contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems he wanted to learn more about the PolyLevel technology that we offer. The PolyLevel is a foam that is injected under the concrete slab. The foam fills the void under the slap that is causing it to sink and crack. The foam then expands and hardens lifting the concrete to its former place.
