Gregg’s home tested at 10 pCi/L, above the EPA recommended action level. The layout made this a great candidate for a straightforward install, with a clear path in the rear left corner of the basement and an outlet conveniently located nearby.

During:

We installed a sub-slab depressurization system, placing the system in the rear left corner and venting out through the side of the home. With the outlet close by, electrical was simple and clean, helping keep the install efficient and unobtrusive.

We also included a fan guard moisture kit for long-term durability and completed water quality and radon water testing for added peace of mind.
