After returning to seal the sump openings, we also inspected the fan after Matt noticed the manometer reading at zero while the fan was still running. Everything was checked over and confirmed to be operating properly.

The system was designed as a complete sub-slab depressurization system, creating continuous negative pressure beneath the foundation and safely venting radon gas above the home before it can enter the living space.
