ALS Property Associates installed a radon gas removal system at a residential property in Portage, MI. The radon mitigation system was run from the basement through a drop ceiling to the garage. The radon fan was installed in the garage and vented through the roof.

This before and after photoshoot details a radon extraction point. This extraction point is connected to a radon fan that creates negative pressure under the slab. The radon follows the path of least resistance, and gets safely vented outside above the roof line.
